Senior Support Engineer - Windows Server / Citrix - This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Engineer to join an International trading company based in Zug. The role will include providing level 1 and 2 Support across a number of platforms and products.Role and Responsibilities;
- Troubleshooting on Windows OS, Citrix, Active Directory and MS Exchange
- Ensure Incident Management queues are up to date
- Improve automated support processes
- Engineering assistance on Microsoft, Citrix and Virtualisation products
Skills Required;
- Minimum 5 years experience support within a Microsoft and Citrix environment
- Windows Server 2000 and Windows 7 support skills
- Extensive experience working in a large International environment
- Citrix Xenapp and Xendesktop Administration
- MS Exchange experience
- Active Directory and Group Policy administration
- PowerShell Scripting
