An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Desktop/Rollout Support Engineer with windows 7 and Lotus Notes experience to join well established blue chip organisation based at their prestigious customer in Brussels.

As a Desktop support/windows 7 rollout engineer you will have a minimum of 2 years working experience in Windows Desktop support
o Lotus Notes
o Sound technical knowledge in Windows is important
o Good knowledge of Lotus Notes email system is important
o Must have good interpersonal skills especially in handling senior management people in Local & English Language

As a Desktop support/rollout engineer you will be responsible for providing local IT Support to our clients office users by providing local touch services to end users on issues pertaining to the IT environment during and post Win7 roll out and you will work and deliver service as per IT best Processes in a manner which minimises downtime. As a Desktop Support Engineer you will act as a support contact point for internal IT Support teams. You will provide support & perform activities impacting any Win7 roll out schedule (Incident Cases) and update the ticket status

As a Desktop Support Engineer you will have the following:

Key Skill sets:
Lotus Notes Desktop Support (version 7 and above)
Windows 7r (Basic Administration)

Experience/Certification Requirement:
At least 1-2 years relevant experience working in a Technical Support Job role

Your customer skills will be second to none as this is an extremely customer focused role.

N.B applicants must be able to speak English and the local language.
