Description
Storage Administrator, 3-6 month contract, Dublin City.
The job of Storage SAN Administrator is currently available with a large well known client based in Dublin.
This role requires the following skills
*Possess at least 5 years experience working in an IT administrator capacity.
*Familiarity with SAN & storage systems
*Familiarity with system backup applications & disaster recovery strategies.
*Demonstrate excellent judgment skills in order to make successful decisions in dealing with sometimes complex situations.
*Ability to develop and manage system documentation including standard operating procedures, and routine status reports; and script development, testing and implementation
*Experience with Brocade director class Switches
*Experience working with Enterprise Storage Arrays (Hitachi Data Systems)
*Symantec NetBackup
*Unix or Windows operating systems
*Experience with Mainframe a bonus
*Information Lifecycle Management
