Key tasks:

Management of projects you have in charge from specification to implementation until success
Ensure gathering business needs and analysis and translate them into specifications
Participate to project functional analysis and development solution
Check delivery viability in comparison to specifications
UAT management and planning with business.

 Main activities:

o Project management of IT system within quality, timing & costs. Organize, coordinate and conduct project team, ensure communication between teams, share decisions with IT experts, determine project steps and assign them to stakeholders.
o Manage release and drive change: define methodology and communication means and training, provide all materials needed to end users.
o Work closely with infrastructure, security and development teams
o Make weekly project status with action log, dashboard & MS Project plan to give manager visibility on project advancement

Others: already worked within insurance company, in IT department, English mandatory.
