Senior Change & Transformation Manager - Our client, a major Financial Services company in Zürich Switzerland, is currently looking for an experienced consultant to drive the organisational change & transformation within the business on a global level.Main Tasks:
- Multifaceted and challenging consulting role, supporting and closely working with the Private Banking & Wealth Management senior IT management team
- Orchestrate organisational change management activities
- Perform complex analysis and conceptualization work to support senior management decisions processes
- Act as a consultant for the management team
Required Skills & Experience:
- Consultancy or strategy background is must
- Experienced change and transformation manager
- Excellent analytical and visualization skills
- Strong communication skills on senior management level
- Highly collaborative, with outstanding analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent planning, project management and organization abilities
- Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken is a must
- Discretion, sound judgment, and the highest professional ethics and integrity
- Critical thinking, using logic and reasoning
- Ability to work across multiple functional areas in an international context with a mind-set to deliver excellence
