For a client in the finance sector in Zurich we are looking for a Unix Middleware Engineer, performing regular BAU and maintenance activities for all Unix and Linux systems.Duties
·Maintaining and enhancing of the existing end to end transfers (E2E Bridge)
·Integration and Development of new end to end transfers
·Deputy for existing file transfers (Tectia and Connect:Direct)
Required Skills
·4-6 year of experience in Middleware Engineering in the technology area of financial companies
·Deep knowledge und understanding of various communication protocols within banking environments
·Design and implement infrastructure architecture and standards in middleware environment
·Construction, operation and development of the E2E Bridge Platform
·Advice on middleware-related issues and participation in projects related to end to end transfers
·Create and update installation documentation and operating manuals
·UNIX know-how, web-protocols (e.g. HTTPS, SOAP), basic database know-how, Java, UML, model driven design
·Fluent in German and English
