Description
For our client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Basel we are seeking an IT Supporter with expertise in Apple equipment. It's a four months contract with a probable option to extend.
In this role, you are responsible for software and users support as well as for troubleshooting. There is an interesting project waiting for you, you will have the chance to work in a challenging environment and gain very valuable experience within a global pharmaceutical company!
Requirements
- Strong experience in Apple equipment (MacBook, iPad, iPhone etc.)
- Great experience using Active Directory
- Must have experience in ITIL foundation
- Very good knowledge of Windows XP and 7 as well as Office
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Great communication skills in German and in English
