This opportunity is a great addition to any CV and gives you the chance to work with a well recognised name. This 6 month contract puts you in the position of being the first point of contact to handle IT support questions for a global organisation.
You will be responsible for:
- First level phone and email support
- Log calls and use on-line systems to access and update data
- Liaising with customers and other service desk analysts to resolve issues
- Deliver a high standard of excellence in customer service
You will have:
- Experience in a similar role or have recently graduated from an IT program
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills both phone, verbal and interpersonal
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Intermediate computing skills with Windows OS, Internet Explorer, MS Office and E-mail
