Description
As a Systems Administrator your responsibility will be to provide support for the maintenance of the Organisation's Windows Server environment and you will have proven experience in the management of a Windows 2003 and 2008 networked environment.
Your responsibilities
- Provide support for the Windows Server infrastructure including planning, installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Produce documentation, processes, procedures and reports in line with the organisation's documentation standards
- Ability to perform on-call duties when rostered
Your Skills
- Demonstrated experience in Windows Server and Active Directory Services
- Experience supporting System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
- Demonstrated ability to manage local and wide area networks
- Possess a working technical knowledge of server hardware and configuration, and networking peripherals
- Ability to analyse technical processes and provide advice for service improvement
- Good to have experience supporting SMS/SCCM technologies
- ITIL framework awareness is highly desirable
