Overall 5+ years of experience in the IT Industry
Exclusive 3+ years of recent experience in Sterling Commerce
Demonstrated knowledge of IBM Sterling Order Management, IBM Sterling Configure, Price, Quote
Demonstrated knowledge of WebSphere Commerce software with emphasis on Order Capture and Catalog
Sub-systems
Demonstrated ability to plan and facilitate solution and requirements gathering workshops.
Ability to map CPQ participants to appropriate roles.
Ability to create Users and configure User security features
Ability to list business process components, create pipelines and pipeline determination rules
Ability to create Items, Catalogs, Categories, Classifications, Price lists, Price rules and Coupons
Ability to configure rules related to inventory, inventory availability, sourcing and scheduling
Good written and Verbal communication skills
Experience in Java and J2EE technologies like Servlets, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, SOAP and JMS.
Additional desirable skills:
Good knowledge in WebSphere MB/ESB
Good Knowledge in Sterling Integrator/Gentran Server/Biz Link Biz manager
Client and end user facing support experience
Knowledge of ITIL support methodology
ITIL v3 certified - good to have
