Site Acquisition Negotiator
Role description:
The Site Acquisition Negotiator will work in the Site Acquisition Department
In his/her role, he/she will support the Site Acquisition Department in the following activities: Coordination of all private owner negotiations in acquisition (2G, 3G, LTE, µWave deployment), Deliverables quality check, general reporting, data quality management, Site search for new locations, forecast updating.
The Site Acquisition Negotiator will report to the BeLux Site Acquisition Manager.
Key accountabilities:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Autonomous.
- Manages the priority of action to perform in order to obtain the highest output as possible in terms of site acquisition negotiation.
- Participates in transversal projects where needed.
- Contributes to the definition and improvement of deployment processes, methods and procedures.
- Participate to weekly meetings with the Site Acquisition Batch managers.
Competencies:
General:
- Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 4 years of negotiation experience in Acquisition and/or network deployment
- Good comprehension & experience in Site Acquisition process & flow
- In depth knowledge of the Bright & MW outsourcing acquisition contracts
- Good knowledge of telecom business
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
