I am currently recruiting for an IVD company based inLondon. This company are on the cusp of commercialisation and have some exciting growth plans for the next 3 years; they are URGENTLY looking for a Senior QA Manager on a 6 month contract and have interview slots next week.+++++++++++++++++++++
Principle responsibilities
**Running the day to day activities of the QMS and QA team
**The job purpose is to lead, manage and maintain quality system.
**To chair the company's regular Quality Management System meetings and to ensure the minutes are documented, agreed actions completed and relevant staff are fully briefed
**To manage the company's internal and external audit programmes and to work with department heads to carry out quality investigations and to implement preventative and corrective actions
**To work with department heads to ensure training needs are identified and ensure appropriate training is carried out and is documented

Technical Skills and Qualifications
** 5 years experience as a QA manager within IVD or medical devices
**An in-depth knowledge of regulations/standards as applied to medical devices and IVD manufacturing, (BS EN ISO 13485)
**A proven track record in the development and management of appropriate quality systems for IVD or medical device companies.
**Building QA team
**Evidence of quality control exposure
