Description
For our Swedish telecommunication client we are looking for an experienced consultant with significant process development skills. You will take part of a project which will update an existing cloud based PBX service with several additional customer features.
You will be assigned to change the delivery and support processes to include the new features.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Min 5 years experience in process design
- Strong process development skills
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project
- Proven experience with IT service design and transition
- Knowledge about delivery and support processes for IT services
- Knowledge of telecommunication/IP telephony
