Doel- en Strategie van (sub) afdeling
Within Innovation & Service Excellence department, Strategy & Architecture department is accountable for developing and maintaining a consolidated technology plan derived from the overall TMNL strategy, technology development, target architecture and the available financial (CAPEX/OPEX/Headcount) boundaries.

Hoofddoel van de functie
Managing and leading (transition) projects/programs related to organizational changes within Technology
Within Technology, act as a SPOC for assessing impacts on Technology organization and process due to changes triggered outside/imposed on Technology (eg TMNL, DTAG, etc..)
Developing/Leading the analysis as well as managing the implementation of Process and Organizational aspects related to new strategic operating models (eg Sourcing Strategies, Network Sharing) as well as interactions towards external parties (Partners, MVNO's, Wholesale Partners, etc..)
Supporting and advising the Technology organization/units in the area of Process Architecture, Process Management and Process Continuous Improvement.
Professionalize and drive process governance within Technology
Facilitate and support Technology Process Managers to improve their respective processes in line with lean six sigma principles
Support the Technology Proposition analysts and Technology architect to assess the quality of input processes subject/prior to automation.

Program management for organizational and Process changes
o Taking the lead and being responsible for the structure and methodology of the reorganization programs
o Give advice and closely involved in the selection of process related projects
o Coordinating the reorganization implementation team's activities
o Report progress to Technology MT

Kennis, achtergrond en ervaring
HBO or University degree
> 7 years experience in Business consulting, Project Management (Preferably PRINCE2) or Process consultancy area
Relevant experience in process management
(Certificated) DMAIC Black Belt and experience as a Black belt or Master Black belt.
Knowledge and experience with Lean principles
Vast knowledge and experience with change management and changes management Processes
Vast knowledge and experience in facilitation of change programs
* Knowledge and experience of processes outside of the Technology area that link to Technology processes
