SAP Data Conversion Analyst - SAP HR

An excellent opportunity for a SAP Data Conversion Analyst with experience in SAP HR to join a large international client in Barcelona on a 9 month contract.

The data conversion analyst will be responsible for the delivery of all conversion activities, including: Partnering with US and local country teams in the documentation of data conversion sources, conversion requirements and process, Partnering with DMO to understand EC conversion tool functionality and reporting, Drive conversion follow up items with local country teams and vendor technical teams (eg SuccessFactors, AonHewitt, local vendors), Partnering with local country teams in planning, gathering and analysis of conversion data, Maintain repository of data files submitted from group countries, Testing and Production cutover for a global implementation of the SAP Employee Central cloud-based solution as the core HR system.

The Data conversion analyst must have;
3+ years experience working in complex, integrated solutions & having both an application and technology background. Global experience a plus.
Experience in large cross-functional projects
Ability to partner and work in a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to understand team diversities, manage conflicting priorities and navigate the complexities of producing sustainable solutions in a fast paced dynamic global team environment working from remote locations
3 years experience in application support
Experience with HR Systems, Ideally SAP or PeopleSoft.
Solid understanding of Project Life Cycle deliverables
Vendor management and customer relationship experience
Strong interpersonal skills - partnering, collaboration and influencing
Solid problem solving skills with a quality focus and attention to detail/follow through
