For our international banking client, Swisslinx are looking for a motivated Windows Support Analyst to provide 2nd level support in a dynamic and challenging environment.
This is a contract role starting in January with strong chance of extension in Basel, Switzerland.
Windows Support Analyst, English (Contract, Basel)
This position is the ideal first step for a keen and enthusiastic individual with a solid technical foundation looking to gain experience in a leading financial institution.
Your tasks will include but not be limited to the following:
- Provide professional 2nd level support in a broad IT environment
- Acceptance of service requests, reporting of incidents and the resolution of problems
- Troubleshooting of problems around internal applications
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Higher education, degree in Information Technology or equivalent Microsoft certifications (eg MCP)
- Initial experience supporting Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, MS SQL, MS Exchange) - graduates also welcome to apply!
- Ability to be able to communicate across a wide spectrum of stakeholders
- Keen learner and capability to work autonomously
- Fluency in English
