Portland Resourcing is currently seeking a SAP HR data conversion Analyst for one of our global clients based in Berkshire
This project will implement globally the SAP Employee Central cloud-based solution as the core HR system.
They are looking for a someone to cover the data conversion from AMEA country HR systems to Employee Central for Country Groups
The role will cover the following:
Participate in the delivery of all conversion activities, including:
Partnering with US and local country teams in the documentation of data conversion sources, conversion requirements and process
Partnering with DMO to understand EC conversion tool functionality and reporting
Drive conversion follow up items with local country teams and vendor technical teams (eg SuccessFactors, AonHewitt, local vendors)
Partnering with local country teams in planning, gathering and analysis of conversion data
Maintain repository of data files submitted from group countries
Testing
Production cutover
Partner with Business, HR Operations and domestic and sector teams
Build and maintain understanding of Employee Central system
Ensure that the conversion solution meets technology standards
We are looking for the following skillset:
3+ years experience working in complex, integrated solutions & having both an application and technology background. Global experience a plus.
Experience in large cross-functional projects
Ability to partner and work in a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to understand team diversities, manage conflicting priorities and navigate the complexities of producing sustainable solutions in a fast paced dynamic global team environment working from remote locations
Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and creativity
3 years experience in application support
Experience with SAP HR Systems
Solid understanding of Project Life Cycle deliverables
Vendor management and customer relationship experience
Strong interpersonal skills - partnering, collaboration and influencing
Solid problem solving skills with a quality focus and attention to detail/follow through
AMEA-based location a plus
