CRM Applications Manager - Contract
CRM Applications Manager - 3 month contract based in Leiden, Holland. Rate €450
The Information Management department at the customer is responsible for the ICT strategy, application architecture and management of the outsourced ICT services delivery.
ICT is changing towards a rightsourcing principle. Part of managed operations and application management will be taken inhouse. Current open positions will focus on technical application management and be added to a team where functional application management is also catered for.
Many applications and environments have been setup using Microsoft technology. The Application manager takes care of day-to-day operations of various applications and develops new (smaller) features.
Concerned environments include: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, .NET C# applications and interfacing between environments done via Microsoft Biztalk and SSIS. DBA skills are preferred for the various SQL server databases in operation.

Job description:
* Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of uptime and error free running of Dynamics CRM applications and environment.
* Assure and maintain operations manual and admin guides for proper day-to-day operations and monitoring.
* Responsible for handling smaller and bigger change requests and changing (develop new code/features) the application accordingly.
* Maintain and optimize SQL server databases for Dynamics CRM
* Assist global application manager in aligning applications with global business processes
* SQL server (configuration) management and server (configuration) management
Job requirements
* Education and skills on bachelor level
* Minimal 1 year of IT related experience including DBA activities. An international environment is a bonus.
* Application manager should possess knowledge on: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, JavaScript, .NET C#, SQL Server 2008.
* Good in spoken and written English
* Knowledge on structuring application management and documentation (ITIL or alike)
* Knowledge on project and test methodologies (Prince II and TMAP) is a bonus
(SQL) cluster installations and infrastructure knowledge is a bonus
