POSITION:  Sr. Implementation Analyst

Great Healthcare Software Company is growing ad adding clients so quickly they need additional help!  If you are looking for an exciting and challenging position - this is it.  They are seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst.  In this role you will be the primary owner and channel of all messaging to and from the client relating to the implementation. The Implementation Analyst's purpose is to ensure all tasks, data analysis, client set up, business analysis, communication, and troubleshooting are delivered with a timely, detailed and effective resolution and done with overall client satisfaction.

You day will be spent performing the following:

  • Serve as client advocate and a primary point of contact for implementations
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of client's core business and effectively communicate to operational units
  • Quickly identify and resolve complex client implementation issues
  • Deliver client feedback for product enhancements and new product development
  • Maintain regular communication with key client contacts and conduct weekly conference calls
  • Document all client interactions and update status reports
  • Set up and maintain clients in the system(s) and processor system (s)
  • Establish and execute Project Plans
  • Communicate requirements including business rules and test cases to the Implementation Developer
  • Analysis of all client data related to implementations
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of purpose and desired end result of projects/analysis
  • Work closely with the Implementation Developer to analyze and verify all data results to ensure a successful Implementation.
  • Facilitate all data clean up related to an Implementation
  • Quality assurance of production changes and updates
  • Monitor initial production data loads after go-live

To be successful you will possess most of the following:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server
  • Minimum 8 years of implementation experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Solid presentation and public speaking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work history in workers compensation claims, commercial insurance, pharmacy benefit management or healthcare
