Quality Information Systems Manager

I am currently seeking a Quality Information Systems Manager for a mid-size pharmaceutical company in the East Bay. This company just received approval for their second drug to the market and are looking to roll at a new EDMS system (QUMAS). This is a manager position and the person who is awarded the role will be in charge of all documentation systems, both paper and electronic. Some of the responsibilities are listed below:

• Serve as EDMS System Administrator
• Develop and maintain applicable EDMS operating procedures
• Interface with the EDMS vendor (QUMAS) to maintain compliance with internal procedures and external requirements
• Serve as quality archivist
• Experience implementing, validating and maintaining EDMS systems
