System Administrator/System Associate French/Dutch/English Diegem 6 months
A company based at Diegem is currently looking for a System administrator/system Associate who speaks Dutch, French and English.
Function:
- The System Associate will be designing collaborative mission solutions using different system tools at the customer's site
- The system administrator will perform business process and workflow analysis and the has the ability to understand, articulate and document user requirements and translate those requirements into a mission solution.
- The System associate/administrator will architect, develop, configure, and deploy SharePoint solutions utilizing content types, dashboards, web parts, workflows, key performance indicators, and data views.
- The System administrator will collaborate with team members and customers in implementing and maintaining solutions that meet customer's business needs by providing follow-up support in a dynamic environment.
- The Systems Associate will act as a System Administrator and Super User for the different eClinical Systems by providing departmental training and assistance to ClinOps users:
- Develop, write and publish training materials and users' manuals.
- Respond to departmental requests for hands-on assistance within eClinical Systems and other tasks as assigned
- Collaborates with users to ensure system data is up-to-date, accurate and complete
- Provides a dashboard of metrics to meet senior management needs eg information on studies, vendors and costs as required
Skills:
- Preferably +5 years of software development and systems engineering principles
- Preferably +2 years using SharePoint tools (eg SP Designer 2010)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Effective follow-up skills and a demonstrated ability to respond to issues of a global nature is important
- Ability to negotiate and to propose creative solutions to problems is needed
- Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly and adjust well to rapid changes in priorities
- Experience in eClinical Systems development (eg CTMS, eTMF, EDC) or in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices is a plus
- Experience with ASP, .NET, JavaScript is a plus
