Service Desk Agent
Location: Ireland
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
Daily Rate: Negotiable
My client is based in Ireland and is looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst. The Service Desk analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Creation of incident/request/change tickets and coordination of their resolution submitted via phone or mail
- Answering queries and requests
- Provisioning of PC and end-user support
- Telephone and on-site support in French and English
- Debugging and analysing of registered incidents
- Follow up of incidents assigned to other support teams
The Service Desk Agent will have experience within service desk tools, troubleshooting on Windows XP, Office 2002 and Outlook 2003 and additional basic networking skills.
Technical Skills:
Mandatory:
- Experience as Service Desk agent
- Experience with Service Desk tools
- Windows XP, Office 2002, Outlook 2003 troubleshooting
- Basic networking skills
- General knowledge of hardware devices (desktop/laptop environment) and peripherals configuration
- Experience with ITSM tools
