1 year renewable contract - that could go perm.

It is 100% phone support for level 1 IT support for - Windows 7, Office and MS-Outlook, PC connectively issues, Unix/Linux, Hardware support, Cisco, Network support, etc. Must be able to log calls in call management system (Remedy).

Ideal candidate will have an AAS Degree or higher in Information Technology with 1-2 years of help desk or call center/customer service experience.

Candidates will go thru 2-4 weeks of paid training. Hours on the help desk cover from ma-10pm - candidates need to be able to work a flexible work schedule. It is a full time 40 hour work week. Ideal position for entry level or recent college graduate to gain IT experience and grow with large corporate client. Must be team player, self starter, dedicated and eager to learn. Local candidates only.

Requirements Candidate must have:
1-2 years customer service or help desk - phone support experience providing

Education:
AAS Degree in IT or BS Degree in IT - related field.
A+ or Net+ or CCNA highly desired.

Local candidates required - onsite interviews.

Must be able to pass 20 year criminal background check and standard drug screen
