Job Description:
We’re looking for an all-star freelance designer with lots of digital experience, specifically in responsive web design and branding/identities. Some UX/UI experience wouldn’t hurt either!
You’ll be working directly with the Head of Experience and other members of the founding team on a brand refresh and site redesign. We have tons of additional work queued up, so it’s likely this job could lead to a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

Requirements:
All candidates should have:
BA or equivalent degree and 3+ years of practical design experience (agency or design studio experience is a plus)In-depth knowledge of web/mobile design best practicesFluency in Adobe CS5, 6 or Creative Cloud programsExperience working collaboratively with other members of an interdisciplinary team
Exceptional candidates will have any combination of:
Front-end development knowledge and experience (HTML5/CSS3), plus experience building responsive websitesUX/UI and/or mobile app design experienceFamiliarity with wireframing and prototypingExperience designing slide decksKnowledge of limitations and development of HTML emailsAbility in additional creative mediums, such as photography, illustration, writing, etc.Knowledge relevant to the e-commerce industry (key enterprise and mid-market retailers, various e-commerce platforms, etc.)
