Permanent Project Engineer - Gloucester.I am currently working with a global oilfield service company in the recruitment of a Project Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis in their Gloucester office.
You will be joining the production systems team to ensure that all projects are delivered within tight time frames and within budgets.
You will be working closely with the project manager and day to day responsibilities include:
- Support and manage project personnel
- Supervise and review procurement for the projects ensuring all equipment falls within the outlined budgets
- Supervise all subcontractor activity on the project
- Manage design meetings
- Manage day to day operations and ensure detailed and accurate handovers to the regions you will be dealing with.
You will liaise with both various areas of the business an clients on an international level therefore previous experience working within an interfacing position is essential.
Essential requirements:
- Engineering qualification (HNC level and above)
- Extensive industry experience of design engineering and project management
- Working knowledge of international design codes
