Service Manager: IT Service Management, Paris, French + English

Please read on if you have the following:
- Experience in service management within the context of a complex technical environment
- Fluency in English and French (this is a Paris-based role)

The client is a multinational financial organisation with offices in over 90 countries. Their environment is highly complex, using technologies such as IBM Mainframe, Tandem, UNIX, Windows, advanced networking and storage.

The job necessitates very strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to define and execute technology projects.
Within their corporate technology division, the Service Manager communicates the impact of their IT projects on both the technical and production environment. The SM ensures compliance with system architecture standards and production acceptance criteria, in addition to optimising the total Cost of Ownership for their infrastructure changes.
