Description
Required Skills:
Modelling and Analysis: BPMN, UML, UML Tool (Enterprise Architect), Object - oriented analysis.
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative cost/benefit analysis.
Knowledge of BPM tools (eg VISIO, Casewise, Aris)
Knowledge of technology (eg, ERP, Workflow Systems)
Knowledge of BPM methodologies (eg ITIL, ASL, BiSL, six sigma, lean, CIMM, BBSC)
Sub Competencies:
o Knowledge and experience with UML, ArchiMate.
o Knowledge and experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect.
o Knowledge and experience with writing stories in a scrum context.
Good communication skills, both business experts to define the application, as well as to the development team that implements the analysis.
Goal-oriented and solution-oriented work in an Agile environment.
Sufficient experience/feeling for the realization of applications.
Languages:
Dutch and English.
