A market leading Medical Device Company, based in Minneapolis, now has a fantastic opportunity for an Manufacturing Process Engineer.This is a 6 month contract opportunity with potential to extend. The rate for this position is $30 - $45 per hour, dependent on experience and skill level.
Looking for someone that is especially hands on and can execute experiments on the manufacturing line. This position supports the development and implementation of innovative manufacturing processes and assembly solutions for medical device components, with emphasis on quality, high yields and process capability.
Responsibilities include feasibility assessment, solutions for process challenges, support of prototype build, verification of measurement systems, development of tooling and fixturing, specification of assembly equipment, characterization and qualification of processes to ensure critical outputs.
Candidates for this position must have the following skills and experience:

Bachelors within Engineering or related field -
3+ years Medical Device Industry experience within Engineering
