Senior Scrum MasterA worldwide Banking organisation is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join their technology team on a permanent basis in London, with a competitive salary range.
As Scrum Master, you will be responsible for bring Agile on board to the organisation, and managing change transformation into this lean, Agile environment, running scrum of scrums and advocating as an "agile evangelist". You will be entrusted with a high level of responsibility where you will be expected to drive delivery within the digital transformation area, maintaining ceremonies that support scrum. A passion for Agile is a must as is a delivery-focused attitude in order to succeed in this forthcoming technical organisation.
You must have offshoring experience, and have experience coming up against strong challenges and overcoming these to deliver aspiring results.
If you have in-depth Scrum experience in managing a large range of Scrum teams, and developing and championing change in an organisation, this will be the next big role for you.
