Description
A Global Pharmaceutical organisation currently requires an experienced SCADA/Automation Engineer, to work at their facility in the South East UK.They currently have a number of different upgrade projects on the packaging side and require an Automation Engineer to come on board and assist with Automation and CSV activities.
Experience required
•SCADA configuration management will involve co-ordinating a number of integration engineers configuring and SAT'ing an iFix SCADA system and SQL Server integrating multiple 3rd party vendor equipment via S7 PLCs and OPC/Kepware.
•Must be familiar with standard SCADA functionality, Batch Recipe management and Batch reporting.
•Must have lead engineer responsibility on a number of SCADA projects.
•Must have experience of GAMP5, good written English, expert use of all MS Office suite applications, and excellent communication skills.
•Will be working under SCADA system owner.
•Following the configuration exercise the candidate will work under the Lead CSV consultant to conclude the SAT and generate/execute CSV lifecycle deliverables following site validation procedures (risk based aligned to GAMP5).
•Must have experience of writing and executing CSV deliverables of complex computer systems (bespoke systems requiring Source Code Review).
Key Skills
•Looking for candidates with IFIX experience (this is a must).
•Experience within CSV, so with the IFIX they can cover both ends of the work.
•Strong Automation background.
