Senior Analytics Manager:

  • Managed and trained entry level analysts to provide ongoing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reporting for site, media, and social via dashboarding and PowerPoint presentations
  • Designed, implemented, and delivered interactive dashboards that allowed clients to be hands-on while interpreting data visualizations via Tableau and Xcelsius
  • Provided measurement plans for multi-channel campaigns to reflect learnings across brand objectives, campaign objectives and business objectives
  • Managed 3rd party research vendors to implement and provide cross media attribution for campaigns and post campaign ROI


Performed digital analytics and contributed to reporting efforts for online and offline media campaigns, including the development and presentation of holistic insights derived from media and site analytics
  • Created performance evaluation and optimizations plans based on client business objectives and marketing goals. Planning included key learning questions, success metrics and definitions, as well as actionable insights for future optimizations
  • Developed tracking recommendations and specifications to align with measurement objectives across a multitude of web analytics platforms
  • Provided on-going technical support to third-party and internal developers during the tracking implementation process
  • Collaborated with Delivery Management to provide scopes of work on strategic and analytical projects for clients
  • Built forecast models to estimate projected responses driven by expected media budgets

  • Degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, or economics and 3+ years of business experience in Management Consulting, Marketing, Advertising, or Interactive Consulting
  • In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including primary research, customer segmentation, targeting, direct marketing)
  • Robust experience in both consumer and healthcare professional marketing and program analytics
  • 3 - 5 years managing and coordinating multiple strategy/analytics projects across internal teams and client relationships
  • Possession of excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects across internal teams
  • Experience with PowerPoint and proficiency with Excel
  • Experience with standard software and tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, Omniture, and WebTrends
  • Proven leadership ability with strong client relationship skills
