Role Purpose -
- A Data Transformation Programme is in progress within a major banking organisation to further enhance its Credit Risk capability

Accountabilities -
- Leading change projects across Credit Risk functions, from idea to implementation delivering to agreed scope, cost quality and timescale.
- Responsible for ensuring the projects within their control comply with the project delivery lifecycle.
- Leading the production of appropriate approval to proceed documentation (with the Programme Manager where appropriate).
- Produce all project management deliverables including the plan; tracks progress against plan and implements strategies to recover slippage.
- Establishes a project structure, governance & communication process to escalate, manage and resolve risks and issues, ensuring that business benefits are achieved and that ineffective working practices are challenged.
- Establish, control and monitor project resources, taking appropriate action to overcome difficulties or delays.
- Identifying and managing external dependencies, across RI functions, other business units and with external suppliers as appropriate.
-Implementing an appropriate quality management system.
