Description
Role Purpose -- A Data Transformation Programme is in progress within a major banking organisation to further enhance its Credit Risk capability
Role Objectives -
- Leading the design and facilitation of workshops with business representatives to establish scope, requirements, business outcome and to model business processes.
- Ensuring that the business solution design delivers to the agreed business requirements.
- Identifying and resolving conflicting design issues, seeking input from the Business Analysis Manager/Business Architect / Project Manager where necessary.
Key Skills -
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; proven experience of developing and building relationships across functions
- Strong ownership approach; takes responsibility for ensuring that all analysis and design deliverables are produced and ensures that these meet pre?defined quality standards and successfully completes quality reviews.
- Credit Risk Business Analysis Experience; with exposure to Basel III an advantage but not critical
- Working knowledge of data driven processes.
- Working knowledge of SAS would be advantageous but is not critical
- Strong excel skills would be advantageous as the role will require an element of data management.
