Rate - £ per day

Location - Manchester

Length - 6 months

One of the North West's largest acute trusts is looking to appoint a reconfiguration managing analyst to drive scenario modelling for the trust in developing preferred options for the reconfiguration activity.

The role will include overseeing the design and deployment of analytical models and tools necessary to explore reconfiguration scenarios and assumptions, to evaluate these options and to prepare the necessary business case and plans.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of acute hospital financial management and able to develop close working relationships with finance, performance and other staff to ensure the projects needs are met.

Reconfiguration managing analyst

Essential skills

Knowledge of SLR, SLM and LTFM with knowledge of the FT model

Expert level in Excel, including database and modelling tools

Project management with knowledge of MSP programme management and PRINCE2

Experience of engagement with clinicians

Experience of micro and macro level of models of financial and activity
