Cisco IPCC Consultant (3-6 month Contract)
We have an immediate contract position open for a consultant with Cisco IPCC v 8 or 9 expertises.
This role will require the individual to work closely with the Call Center team to understand their requirements and to make technical changes on the system to meet their needs.
This person has implemented Cisco IPCC (version 8 or 9) and has the technical experience to program on that platform (ie make IVR changes on the system, manage and change user accounts, program changes to the base build, configure skill based routing, etc)
