Senior e-Commerce Application Release & Environment Engineer
We are currently looking for a freelance Application Engineer for a leading banking client based in Brussels.
Key responsibilities
To deliver innovative e-Commerce solutions to our client and their customers, both external clients as well as internal marketers, sales and traders of Capital Markets.
We are seeking to appoint a talented Application Engineer to join our clients release and environment configuration team. This team works closely with the Application Development team and is responsible for theset-up, configuration and maintenance (up-time) of our clients development and test environments, as well as preparing the production releases.linux
Required Skills
5 to 7 years experience in similar role of configuration and environment management engineering.
Experience in consultancy, technology or the financial industry (preferably in financial markets, or investment management) or E-commerce business/technology development.
Experience with interface developments and with scripting
Excellent understanding of the Linux operating systems
Abiloty to troubleshoot applications
Familiar with Enterprise Application Integration solutions
Experience in:
WebSphere Application Server & WebSphere Service Integration Bus, J2EE, EAI tools,
Oracle/SQL Server, Linux, Tibco ActiveMatrix,Shell scripting,
Network and Infrastructure
