You are a top-notch and passionate Ruby on Rails developer who wants to make a difference in the world. You are comfortable working on all aspects of web development, including both front-end (no design skills required) and back-end. You love to see your work affect others in positive ways and used by thousands of businesses and millions of end users. You might not be familiar with every tool we use, but you're a fast learner and enjoy picking up new technologies. And, you love to be in company of other high-calibre, passionate and driven team members.

Our Stack: Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Redis, AWS, Redshift, Memcached.

Skills & Requirements

Smart, friendly, gets stuff done.

Intensely driven, proactive, disciplined, and hardworking.

Extremely competent coder; comfortable in multiple languages, frameworks, and environments.

Experienced Ruby on Rails developer (minimum 2 years experience)

Past experience at other startups is a plus, but not required

Computer Science degree is a plus, but not required

Comfortable with web technologies - HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery
