Change Manager - Stockholm / SwedenA Change Manager is required for our client in Telecommunication based in Stockholm, Sweden, on a contract basis, start as soon as possible. It will possibly turn to a permanent position after several months. Good Sweden and eligibility to work in Sweden is required for this role.
You will be a member of the Quality Management Team which has the overall responsibility to ensure highest possible network quality for the end users.
Responsibilities:
Manage changes to the network with minimum disruptions
Evaluate the risk and impact of Change Requests (CRs)
Follow up CRs ordered by the Customer and ensure that they are implemented according to SLA
Track and control the CRs in ticketing system
Interface with relevant teams such as RAN, Core, Transmission etc.
Establish and follow efficient procedures for controlling the CRs
Participate as Member of Change Control Board
Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge in mobile (2G,3G,4G) and/or fixed Telecom
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and social skills
Fluent in written and spoken English and good knowledge in Swedish
Familiar with BMC Remedy
A thorough, organized and methodical approach to work
Experience in project management
More than 5 years of working experience in Telecom
Degree in Telecommunications or similar
