Senior BI engineer - Finance - ChicagoI am looking for a generalist Senior BI/ Datawarehousing engineer for a world class name in the Finance industry. You will be assuming responsibilities on existing projects, supporting and doing say to day maintenance, providing the rest of the team with leadership and guidance as the most senior member on the team.
As a Subject matter Expert you will be ensuring best practices and standards on the team, and working on a couple of main projects:
- Data mart around the company's infrastructure
- data mart of the corporate database
- data mart for entitlements for the company's system
Your profile:
- BSc is a must
- Minimum of 5 years experience in ETL development, SSIS experience is a MUST
- Extensive experience in SQL Databases
- Strong SSIS knowledge and experience is a must
- Business Objects experience
- Strong team player mentality, but ability to work independently as well
- Ability to translate Business requirements to Technology
You will be offered a role as a lead BI engineer, with ample room for growth and learning. On offer is a base compensation of up to 130k plus 20% bonus potential and excellent benefits package.
