To be successful, the ideal candidate will demonstrate:
-Strong leadership skills, particularly with regard to leading multi-functional teams from different areas of an organisation
-Set up and Implement Projects
-Customizing existing and building complex workflows
-Ability to translate requirements into design specifications.
-Experience or capability of successfully initiating projects in large and complex organisations
-Experience of Change Management and Process Management
