You'll manage a construction site for Civil works in power plant where it is expected around 10 contractors and 150 labour as peak for Civil works, with a expected multicultural construction site keeping the highest standard in HSQE.
You'll use your Construction Manager skills to assist the Construction & Project manager in Civil Contracts issues arisen during the Construction for avoiding unexpected delay on site progress.
You'll have the ability to implement, apply and promote CDM and Health & Safety best practice at Site.
You'll have the ability to interrelate own discipline areas with outputs from other Construction installation areas and engineering solutions and contribute to overall operable solution. Using Construction Manager skills to mitigate risks of gaps in end to end solution.

You'll ideally be qualified to degree level or equivalent within a Civil Engineering qualification and substantial experience in Management and Site supervision at Construction Sites in the UK.
You'll have proven significant Construction Manager experience in the Construction of Power Stations (Gas, Coal, Biomass, EfW, etc.) or complex Industrial Installations (Oil & Gas, Effluent plants) and have CCNGS or similar Safety Passport accredited scheme or accredited experience as Site/Construction Manager as Principal Contractor role (CDM).
You'll need good organisational, time management and interpersonal skills to cope with competing demands for resources and different client requirements.
