Flash Developer/Technical Support Analyst/Flash/HTML5/XML
Square One is currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to be based in Dublin for a 3-6 month rolling contract.
The successful Technical Support Analyst will have the following responsibilities.
Coordinating & leading team of technical/customer support agents
Troubleshooting of complex technical issues
Technical Support to teams
Monitor, troubleshoot and fix problems in live campaigns
Solve technical issues for customers by troubleshooting and investigating problems,
Receives and prioritizes issues for technical support team and forwards using appropriate escalation procedures
Improve internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities to optimize existing or new processes & tools.
Couching & guidance to the team
You MUST have 2+ years of Flash experience. Ability to code, investigate and troubleshoot in Flash
Experience coding in HTML5 and XML
Location - Dublin
Rate - Negotiable
Start Date - ASAP
Length - 3-6 month rolling
