Join the Software Specialists Winning Team! We have an exciting opening for a E-learning Designer/Developer position with a progressive client in the Columbia, SC area. This is a long-term contract opportunity. Excellent communication skills required.

Job Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and deploy E-learning solutions using advanced tools and applications.
-Create content and apply E-learning design/graphic principles.
-Maintain and update courses; designing and developing CBTs.
-Develop storyboards to formulate course design.
-Collaborate with internal customers to recommend appropriate E-learning solutions.
-Designing and developing CBTs

Requirements:
Advanced MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word) -Required 2 Years
E-learning design and development -Required 2 Years
Excellent Oral and Written Skills -Required
Proficient with PC's and Windows-based software -Required 2 Years
Strong analytical & research skills -Required 2 Years
Excellent organizational and time management skills -Required 2 Years
Adult Learning/Facilitation experience -Nice to have 2 Years
Experience with video production tools (Premiere, After Effects) -Highly desired 2 Years
Experience in web-related programming languages -Highly desired 2 Years
IT related experience -Highly desired 2 Years
