Change Manager - Stockholm/Sweden

A Change Manager is required for our client in Telecommunication based in Stockholm, Sweden, on a contract basis, start as soon as possible. It will possibly turn to a permanent position after several months. Good Sweden and eligibility to work in Sweden is required for this role.

You will be a member of the Quality Management Team which has the overall responsibility to ensure highest possible network quality for the end users.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage changes to the network with minimum disruptions
  • Evaluate the risk and impact of Change Requests (CRs)
  • Follow up CRs ordered by the Customer and ensure that they are implemented according to SLA
  • Track and control the CRs in ticketing system
  • Interface with relevant teams such as RAN, Core, Transmission etc.
  • Establish and follow efficient procedures for controlling the CRs
  • Participate as Member of Change Control Board

Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge in mobile (2G,3G,4G) and/or fixed Telecom
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and good knowledge in Swedish
  • Familiar with BMC Remedy
  • A thorough, organized and methodical approach to work
  • Experience in project management
  • More than 5 years of working experience in Telecom
  • Degree in Telecommunications or similar
