Safety System Specialist (Contract)We are currently seeking a qualified, highly motivated, experienced individual for the position of Safety System Specialist (Contract) reporting directly to the Director, Drug Safety. The company is focused on the rapid development of novel small molecule drugs to treat serious diseases, for which there are limited treatment options. The company aims to transform the treatment of these diseases and offer hope to critically ill patients and their caregivers.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Experience in a drug safety department (understanding of business decisions behind configuration) strongly preferred.
- Position would be full-time (5 days/week) contract for 3-6 months with potential to hire as a permanent employee in similar Argus support capacity.
- Great verbal and written communication skills required.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience configuring/implementing the Argus safety database(version 7.03) prior to launch.
- Recent Argus (within last 5 years) experience required.
- Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required.
- Must have excellent organization skills, high attention to detail, and a desire to get all work completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Education:
- BS/BA degree required.
