Description
I currently have a contract opportunity within a top banking group for a C# technical lead.As technical lead, you will be responsible for development, delivery, support and implementation of a suite of of applications (mainly web based) supporting a range of business applications. The role will also require you to ensure the technical quality of the team's deliverables and documentation. You will also be required to mentor and develop other members of the team.
The role will be well suited to individuals who are have held a position as technical lead for a relatively short space of time, or those who have had solid experience of mentoring others as a senior developer and are looking for their next step up the ladder.
The successful applicant requires extensive experience of:
- C#.NET
- asp.net MVC
- Web and Windows Services (SOAP, RESTful)
- WCF, XML technologies and strong SQL server experience.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Process driven individuals who are focused on quality, performance and scalability
- Self motivated team player
The role is an initial 6 month contract paying up to £550 per day.
