Senior Support Engineer - Windows Server / CitrixThis is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Engineer to join an international company based in Zug. The role will include providing level 1 and 2 Support across a number of platforms and products.
Role and Responsibilities
*Troubleshooting on Windows OS, Citrix, Active Directory and MS Exchange
*Ensure Incident Management queues are up to date
*Improve automated support processes
*Engineering assistance on Microsoft, Citrix and Virtualisation products
Skills Required
*Minimum 5 years experience support within a Microsoft and Citrix environment
*Windows Server 2008 R22012, Windows 7 Support
*Extensive experience working in a large International environment
*Citrix Xenapp and Xendesktop Administration
*MS Exchange experience
*Active Directory and Group Policy administration
*AppV application deployments
*PowerShell Scripting
