Create a customer preference to seek self-service and support via the company website whenever possible (instead of utilizing a call center) by providing:
1. Easy login access;
2. Simple site navigation; and
3. Clear path to resolution

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and optimize website consumer site-side search results in order to provide customers with easy access to self-support and service content to promote online task accomplishment.
Perform and analyze wireless and Wireline keyword research leveraging internal and external resources data sources such as WebTrends and Business Objects
Evaluate current site search results to report on successes and actionable opportunities for site search optimization efforts
Create presentations and lead team working sessions to develop action plans, including working with content writers to ensure copy is optimized, interfacing with development/engineering and QA.
Compile metrics reporting with detailed keyword performance measurements for implemented efforts
Generate and disseminate management reporting to ensure leadership is aware of performance trends.

SKILLS:
Intermediate Online Marketing experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
Must have WebTrends experience
Business Objects experience is desired
Experience with search programs in competitive categories with many stakeholders.
Must be an effective team player
