Description
As the SAP CRM Functional Systems Analyst you will be providing advice and assistance to deliver a Project.
Responsibilities:-
- Analysis and Design
- Development
- Unit/PIT Testing
- Support
- Knowledge transfer to public servant
Selection criteria - due 9am, 16 December 2013
- At least 5 - 6 years' experience as a SAP CRM Functional Systems Analyst in large scale SAP environments
- Knowledge of, and experience in, the following tools and technologies within the SAP Stack: CRM; CRM Social Services Module.
- Ability to design and configure CRM Social Services applications
- Knowledge of, and experience in, the following tools and technologies within the SAP Stack: BRF+; other CRM modules
- Demonstrated track record of delivering application deliverables on time and of a high quality.
- Highly developed problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated sound communication, negotiation and liaison skills.
- Knowledge of SAP Process Integration (PI)
