Provide valuable end-to-end user support for the Source-To-Pay applications and end users.

Responsibilities:
  • Create reports on various applications based on SAP ECC 6.0 and 4.7.
  • Migrate and convert financial documents as business deploys system upgrades.
  • Identify gaps or areas that can potentially be improved upon in the P2P process.
  • Assist stakeholders and key users in change management by providing training, knowledge, and support.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional project team and provide technical and business process expertise.
  • Monitor business user compliance of standardized procedures through reporting and improve compliance through targeted communications, education, and justification of policies and standardized processes.
  • Identify process and system improvement opportunities, develop short term workaround solution or provide recommendations for permanent solutions and implement.
  • Create relevant documentation as required.
  • Serve on, and sometimes lead, projects for new initiatives or enhancements and implementation of policy changes, new work, and process and system changes.
  • Ensure all processes and policies are adhered to.
  • Manage the current STP support channels for all stakeholders including monitoring service levels, providing follow-up, and establishing frequent communications
  • Resolve break/fix issues, determine root cause for process workflow issues, and to provide system access to end users
  • Balances, prioritizes, manages and escalates transactional workflow issues.
  • Provide training, training materials, troubleshooting documentation and continual on the job training for relevant team stakeholders
  • Experience in training and creating training documents

SKILLS:

  • BS/BA degree in a relevant field
  • MBA in Finance/Accounting, desired
  • Must have experience with SRM and ERM.
  • SAP or other ERP systems experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
  • Strong skills in Visio and MS Project.
  • 2+ years experience in Procure-to-Pay, process re-engineering or operations
  • Ability to work on cross-functional activities and form solid business relationships within and across functions
  • Must have MRO experience (maintenance, repair, operations)
  • Ability to build and lead strong teams
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask for self and team.
  • Easily adapt to shifting priorities while making steady progress on key projects
  • Experience working with outsourced operations
  • Broad experience in procurement and/or business operations on a regional or global basis.
  • Must have a passion for driving Operational Excellence and outstanding Customer Service.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Robust understanding of control processes.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and operations.
